  Feirws ‘Hand, Foot and Mouth,’ ‘Scarlett fever’,’ Strep-A’ Virus

   

  Carwn dynnu eich sylw at achosion o feirws ‘Hand, Foot and Mouth’, ‘Scarlett Fever’ a ‘Strep-A’ sydd wedi eu darganfod ar blant sydd yn mynychu ysgol Carreg Hirfaen yn ystod yr wythnos diwethaf.

  Mae’r tri feirws yn heintus ac yn arddangos symptomau o wddf tost, tymheredd uchel, wlserau ceg, spotiau ar y dwylo neu’r traed sydd hefyd yn cosi.

  Os bod eich plentyn yn arddangos symptomau neu os bod angen mwy o gyngor arnoch ynglyn a’r symptomau yna awgrymwn i chi ymweld eich meddyg teulu am arweiniad.

   

  I would like to inform you that pupils here at Carreg Hirfaen have recently contracted viruses relating to ‘Hand, Foot and Mouth’, Strep-A and Scarlett fever.

  These viruses display the following symptoms: sore throat, mouth ulcers, temperature, loss of appetite and itchy spots on the hands and feet. If you have any concerns regarding exposure to these viruses or need further advice relating to symptoms then please consult with your GP.

  Y tymor hwn bydd ein Nosweithiau Rhieni unwaith eto yn cael eu cynnal yn neuadd yr ysgol - wyneb i wyneb gydag athrawes ddosbarth eich plentyn. Bydd cyfle gennych i bori llyfrau gwaith eich plentyn yn gyntaf cyn trafod ei gynnydd/chynnydd a'r camau nesaf yn y dysgu efo'r athrawes.

  Bydd y nosweithiau yn rhedeg rhwng 3.30pm a 6.30pm. Byddwch yn medru archebu slot amser ar gyfer cyfarfod eich athro dosbarth trwy ein system parents-booking.com bydd yn agor heno am 6.30pm.

  This term our Parents' Evenings will be held in person with your child's class teacher at the school. You will have the opportunity to browse your child's workbooks before discussing their progress and next steps in learning with the teacher.

  Both evenings will run from 3.30pm until 6.30pm. You will be able to book a time slot for meeting your class teacher through our parents-booking.com system which will open tonight at 6.30pm.
